- Kashi Cereal... It sounded good on the TV Commercial with 9 grams of protean. I should have known better right there (TV Commercial). But, I looked it up online... It is high in "Natural" Sugars (Glucose is Glucose, especially to a Diabetic) And it Cost's over $20 for a 15oz Box!!! Enough Said for Me!:O
