Project Vote Smart - American Government, Elections, Candidates and Voting

This is a Pretty Cool Web Site, with info on where Politicians Stand on Issues. You can see if they agree with you on some of the main issues (in the National Elections) with the "VoteEasy" Tool. None of the Texas Candidates answered the Vote Smart Questions, so far though...

All 50 states are now available on VoteEasy including Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York

Your candidates' issue positions are now available in two ways: view all candidate answers from the 2010 Political Courage Test on our website now or check out the brand-new, interactive tool, VoteEasy™.

To try, visit VoteEasy, type in your zip code, answer a few key issue questions from the 2010 Political Courage Test, and instantly receive an visual confirmation on which congressional candidates agree with YOU!

I had never heard of this guy, Andy Barron, until I did some searching today! Guess that's the way the Media Likes it!

Do what’s right and what’s best for Texas.

Are you tired of going to the polls and not wanting to vote for any of the candidates?  Our current system of government which selects from elite party-picked candidates is failing us and needs change.  Dr. Andy Barron is walking, not running, for Governor because Texas needs change.   With your help, Texas, the Lone Star State,  will change this country’s political history by becoming the first state to elect a write-in candidate governor.  If you believe we need:

  • Prayer as a priority - Since 1962 when prayer was eliminated unnecessarily from public schools there has been a steady decline in morals of our society.
  • Education reform – Currently over 35% of high school students fail to graduate!
  • A balanced budget – The state of Texas is currently predicting an $18 billion short fall for this two year cycle.
  • Rejection of big government – Our federal government has illegally seized power to mandate health care.
  • Elimination of bias – All people are created equal and must be treated as such. (read more …)

Write-in candidate Andy Barron needs your prayer and deeply appreciates your participation in this election for a victory over big money government.

Jesus Christ crucified and risen again.

We can do anything through Christ (Philippians 4:13). Without Him we can do nothing.
