Have you been sued by a creditor? Are you being harassed by a bill collector?

James Foley, PLLC is dedicated to helping clients with legal matters involving debt collection and creditor harassment.

My practice is focused on defending consumers who have been served with lawsuits relating to debt collection issues, especially old credit card accounts that were charged off long ago. I also assist consumers who are being harassed by overzealous bill collectors. Please call me and provide as much information as possible regarding your inquiry. While this contact does not serve to establish an attorney/client relationship, it will allow me to begin an assessment of your case.

If you have been served with a lawsuit, also known as a citation, petition, or summons, time is of the essence. Failure to meet certain deadlines may be harmful or fatal to your case. Call now for a free consultation.

I serve clients throughout Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and the surrounding counties. I generally bill by a flat fee method, and in some cases by contingency, meaning you only pay if we win. I also handle estate planning and probate. Call me about your legal issues at 817-738-1633.
