To convert any word document into its PDF version easily, quickly and at free of cost. It’s aafter.com. I just need to type pdf: in the AAfter’s search box and then paste the word document, and finally click the web search button. I can also convert any HTML file following the same process.
You can also convert PDF to text through aafter.com, at free of cost. Simply enter pdf2text: in the AAfter’s search box and click on the web search button to get further instructions.
Hey, thanks for the info on converting a doc to PDF on aafter.com. That's an interesting and simple tool. Once you figure it out that is... I finally figured out that if you preface our search with, pdf: and then paste in the text from the document that you want to convert, (doesn't matter what format you document is in, just as long as you can copy and paste the text) you're search results will be in PDF format. Took a little trial and error, (a first I tried pasting in my documents name and location on my HD expecting it to upload to the Server). But I finally got there and got my PDF. Then I got curious and tried this in Google, but nope, just got their regular search results. This is definitely a new one on me. Thanks for the info!:)
