Ok, well I don't know if I mentioned this lately... After you do your Avast Boot Time Scan and the Computer Boots up, it may show you a Report Window listing every potential problem from the Scan. If it does not do this... Try opening Avast and opening the Log or Reports. Either way, look through the Scan Report and select the infected file or you can hold down the control or shift key while selecting multiple files. Then Right Click or use the Menu's at the Top to tell Avast to delete the file or files. If this does not work, then select delete during next reboot. This pretty much always works...
