Ken was an important member of the team, an outstanding machinist, a sharp mind and a witty son-of-a-gun. I quote him to this day. If you haven't seen Ken on the Cyclocrane web page search "Cyclocrane rob crimmins". There's a good picture of him in the "crew" gallery.
Thanks for sharing Rob. I remember this from magazines and news pieces in the 80's.
This is so cool! My uncle is Ken Kiepke. I knew he worked on blimps but never knew he was part of this historic project until I saw this video.
