I embedded two more, Bus Conversion Video, below too. The first one, "Tour of Double Decker School Bus Conversion - Tiny House - ep. 02". Shows, their Bus, right after they got it, in 2012. And the second, video. "Bus Update - December 2014". Shows, some of the updates. Done, in 2014. There are a few more videos on this Bus Project on Bryce Phelps YouTube Channel.
I'm really not that fond of School Buses. But, I do love Motor Homes. One of my favorites. Is the 1973 to 75 GMC's. They were Brand new and beautiful, to me. When I was a Teenager. I guess, I like most any type of Van or Buss Camper Conversion. Probably because, in 1975. I threw a Mattress and some Camping Supplies. In the back of my 1964 Chevy Panel Truck - Van. And drove from Texas to Colorado. Me and my girl friend and wife to be. Lived and traveled in my Chevy Panel Van, for two and half months. It was an adventure of a life time, for me. Now, if you were to ask her. She, might have a bit different Story to tell. It did get down below freezing, at night. Up in the Mountains, in August. And we did get sick, from drinking the water, from a Mountain Stream. That, was my big idea!:O Oh, and we lost almost all of our clothes. When we forgot the Laundry Bag. After, taking it out to change a Flat Tire. On the Mosquito Pass Trail. It was Dirt Road Mountain Pass, the whole way. I was taking a Short Cut. Trying to cross over to Leadville Co. But, my old 6 cylinder, Standard Trans, 2 wheel drive, 64 Chevy Panel Truck. Could not Climb the hills, once I got to the higher elevation. The Transmission, kept jumping out of Low Gear and into Neutral! I finally gave up. And I had to turn around and go the long way around. Via, the Interstate. Here's a nice video, I found. With a Jeep SUV, going up the Trail, in 2005. Mosquito Pass, Colorado, Offroad, Jeep, Trail, 4WD, 4x4 by JeepsterGal. Doesn't look like it has changed allot, since I was there in 1975. I do remember, we Camped, a nice Camping Spot. In the lower elevations. But, I didn't see any mention of a Camp. When I did a search, today. I always wanted. To go back and conquer Mosquito Pass Trail one day. I guess, that is what got me into Four Wheeling. Later on, in 1992. I bought my 1976 Chevy Blazer 4x4 and I still drive it to this day. I've had allot of fun. Four Wheeling in my Blazer. Over the years. I still haven't made it back to Colorado, though...
Check out the related links too. I see some more Camper Videos, that I like in there too...

School bus becomes off-grid, transformable, tiny home
Video link...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ux8tjZnEfR0#t=212
As a teenager, Richard dreamed of making a home out of a vehicle. Over a decade later, he met Rachel and soon after she agreed to move aboard a bus, they were planning their new mobile home.
After buying a used school bus for $3000, Richard and Rachel drafted autoCAD plans and began to design every detail of their new home, something that was important in their decision not to simply buy a used RV or mobile home (which they view as flimsier than a steel-framed bus).
Their furniture is all hand-built and much of it becomes a bed. They also hacked some IKEA pieces to fit their space: a shoe cozy holds their trash and recycling bins and rolling drawers that snap into place became their cupboard.
To create a totally off-grid dwelling they mounted 6 solar panels (bought off ebay at $200 a piece) on the roof for a total of 770 watts. Propane feeds their catalytic heater and will soon feed their stove and oven, though for now they are using a butane camp stove for cooking.
Since Richard and Rachel are building their home without a mortgage, they build as they have the money for each new phase. They still don't have plumbing (they wash dishes with vinegar and shower in other locations every 2 or 3 days). They recently replaced their emergency toilet with a composting toilet.
They waited 5 years for technology to reach a point where they could "convert sunlight into ice cubes" with the world's first upright, front-loading solar fridge and freezer.
The conversion has cost them about $12,000 so far, including the price of the bus so the $1200 solar fridge and similarly-priced solar-powered composting toilet were big decisions, but necessary to maintain their off-grid lifestyle.

Tour of Double Decker School Bus Conversion - Tiny House - ep. 02
Video link...
The Tour of our 1968 two story school bus. My wife and I decided to move into this double decker purple bus to start a simple life. A tiny house has many large advantages. We were fortunate enough to find a bus with most of the work already completed.
The bus has
two propane furnaces
instant hot water heater
large bathroom
a covered back deck
a overhead deck upstairs
100 gal propane tank
7000 generator
two water storage tanks
dual fuel tanks
dual blackwater tanks
a grey water tank
central vac
We are planning on installing a spiral staircase, rocket stove that heats water, compost toilet, and a smaller instant water heater, in the near future.

Well it's been our first year in the bus and we have definitely enjoyed it. Recently the project picked up again starting with a door replacement, generator work, a new stove, and finishing up some interior sign work. The step into the bus completely rusted out and also needed replacing.
