I did this in my Fedora 14 System. So things may be a bit different in your System. Depending on your Version of Fedora or if you are running another RPM Based Distro...

I did this (below) first and it Did Not Work in my System. It says this version is already installed. I don't know if this will be different in newer versions of Fedora, ie 15-19. So, you may be able to use the Yum installer. They are both RPM Files. But, the other one is the Newest Version of Flash, it seems...
