Description
The RCA Wi-Fi Streaming Media Player brings you a world of movies, TV shows, music, online apps and more — without monthly cable TV or satellite TV subscriptions. Just connect it to your Wi-Fi network, connect its 1080p HDMI output to your TV and you're ready to enjoy internet-connected content on your time and your terms. The product can instantly stream Netflix movies and TV shows (Netflix subscription required). You can rent or buy HD movies and TV shows from VUDU. You can also watch your favorite TV shows and movies on demand from Hulu Plus (subscription required). The player also delivers you a wealth of free services, such as YouTube, VUDU Apps, Pandora Internet Radio and Picasa.

Looks interesting... Especially since it is about half the price of the other similar TV Boxes that I have seen. Still, it is allot Easier and Free, to just install your favorite Linux Distro on a regular Desktop Computer or Laptop (with the necessary TV out on it's Video Card). And then just Surf to any Site of your Choosing to Watch Online Video, TV Show what ever you want. I have my old P4 with 1Gig of Memory Setup this way. And I now watch all of my TV and DVD on my TV or Computer Monitor, if I choose. I have an old TV, so I just set the Text Size Big enough to be able to read it on my TV. I have a second USB mouse and key board close to where I sit to watch TV and I'm good to go... Not that it wouldn't be fun to Hack this little TV Box;)
