Noise int Audio Recordings on My Biostar G31M7TE Intel G31 Socket 775 Motherboard

I purchased a Biostar G31M7TE Intel G31 Socket 775 Motherboard - Intel G31 Express, Socket 775, MicroATX, Audio, Video, PCI Express, LAN, USB 2.0, Serial ATA
MPN:  G31M7TE on  01/01/2010. It's now 03-16-11 and it works fine. Except there is a terrible noise in all of my Audio Recordings when I make them using my high quality Sure SM58 Mic. I know the Mic and Preamp and wiring are good because they work perfectly on another Computer that I have. I thought that the Power Supply in this machine might be causing the noise. So, I replaced it with another one that I had. The noise is still in all of my audio recordings. I didn't do any audio recording with this machine until after the Tiger Direct Return time was over. I kept forgetting to contact BioStar about the 1 year Warranty until today and it's now too late. So, now I'm stuck with it. Check out all of the Features on this Board soon or end up like Me!:O...
