Japan says second nuclear plant blast possible

Japan's top government spokesman warned of the risk of a second explosion at the quake-hit Fukushima nuclear plant, but said that reactor three could withstand it as reactor one did a day earlier.
Japanese authorities are operating on the presumption that possible meltdowns are under way at two nuclear reactors.
However, authorities added there were indications at this stage of hazardous emissions of radioactive material into the atmosphere.Read More and See Video...
