Of course not. Here's a few other lists:

• DMOZ provides a nice big list.
• Bruce Clement maintains another list of Dynamic DNS providers at http://www.geocities.com/kiore_nz/.
• Another list of DDNS providers, URL redirectors, and general cool stuff used to be at www.buddyhost.org but reportedly the name has been taken over and turned into a pr0n site.
• And yet another list at HighSynth maintained by Jihad Battikha.
