To save this file in a way that will work well and automatically open up
in your Power Point Player. You will need to Choose "Save As" in the
Download Dialog Box and then add ".pps" (without the quotation marks) to
the end of the file name. Or if you don't get a chance to do a "Save
As", then just rename the file with a ".pps" extension after you
download it. This should make the file open up and display automatically
on your computer. Some of these Slide Shows may advance automatically
and some my need you to click the mouse or use the arrow keys or hit
enter to advance t the next slide. Some have audio attached from an
online source or built into the file. So get online and turn up your
speakers:) Don't forget, you need a Power Point Player or Editor on your
Computer to view this slide show.

also Download and install Open Office Free from

Ok, now here's a question I have... Does anyone know how to make your
music play throughout the slide show? I figured out how to add one of my
mp3's from my web site, but it only plays until your change to the next
slide. And I can't seem to get the white box that it shows up in the
slide to hide either. I keep sending it to the back, but that doesn't
help. I'm using Open Office "To insert a movie or sound file into your
document
1.Click where you want to insert the file.
2.Choose Insert - Movie and Sound.
3.In the File Open dialog, select the file that you want to insert."
That' easy enough.... but why can't you just set the song to play all
they way through???
